אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לבטל הזמנות לפי שיקול דעתנו הבלעדי. כמו כן הנכם יכולים לבטל את ההזמנה שלכם בכל עת לפני משלוח הפריטים.

תמחור, זמינות ומיסים. כל המחירים כפופים לשינוי ללא הודעה מוקדמת בכל עת. המלאי הזמין נתון לשינויים ללא הודעה מוקדמת בכל עת. כתוצאה מכך, אם ההזמנה שלך תבוטל מסיבה כלשהי, ייתכן שלא תוכל לרכוש את אותו פריט שהזמנת במקור, ואם אותו פריט זמין, ייתכן שהוא לא יהיה זמין באותו המחיר של הרכישה המקורית שלך.


אנו נגבה מס ערך מוסף ("מע"מ") על רכישות של פריטים חייבים במס בתחומי שיפוט מסוימים שבהם אשר נקבע שיש חובה חוקית לגבות מסים אלו. . בתחומי שיפוט אלה, נעביר את המס שנגבה מהקונים לרשות המיסוי המתאימה.

Sales Tax and VAT will apply based on a buyer’s shipping address rather than a buyer’s billing address. These taxes will apply to all purchases of taxable items for applicable jurisdictions.

Applicable tax rates may vary by jurisdiction. For Sales Tax purposes, some states may include shipping fees in the calculation of Sales Tax while other states may exclude shipping fees.

Exchange

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, different size, or different product altogether, we are happy to help.  You can exchange items within 10 days of delivery.  
To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Item(s) must be in original condition, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, and all original packaging included.
  • Item(s) must be disassembled how the item(s) was initially packaged, including all the parts, screws, padding, and accessories.

There are a few items that cannot be exchanged:

  • Open Box / Used items
  • Mattresses 
  • Homeware & Accessories 
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale.”

You can return your item for a refund and purchase a different product that meets your needs. Please follow our process and policies described in our Refund Policy and Return Policy.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept returns on items within 10 days of delivery.  You must contact us about any returns within 10 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue.  
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be:

  • In new or unused condition
  • Placed back in original packaging
  • Disassembled how the item(s) were initially packaged, including all the parts, screws, padding, and accessories.

There are a few items that cannot be returned:

  • Open Box / Used items
  • Mattresses 
  • Homeware & Accessories 
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale.”  

Criteria for returns include the following:

  • Item(s) must include the return label and packing slip provided by Valyōu Furniture. Please note: Item(s) returned will not be processed without a Valyōu return label and packing slip.
  • Item(s) must be in original condition, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, and all original packaging included.
  • Only include the item(s) to be returned in your shipping box.
  • Item(s) must be shipped and returned to Valyōu Furniture within three (3) days of receiving your Return Label or a request for a pickup is scheduled. 

Once we receive your returned item(s), our product team will evaluate the item(s) based on the criteria. The evaluation process may take up to 7 business days from receiving the return request. Valyōu Furniture reserves the right to determine eligibility and criteria for requested return item(s).

If Approved for your return request, we process your refund for the amount you paid for the item(s), less the shipping costs to and from you and less any priority processing fee paid, by issuing you a Valyōu credit that will be deposited in the original form of payment used to place the order.  Please follow our Process and Policies described in our Refund Policy.

If Not Approved for your return request, for any reason, we will notify you of the decision via email.  If your return request is not approved because the item(s) were inauthentic, you will have 10 days of receiving notice to:

  • Have item(s) sent back to you with delivery ship fees and service charges applied and paid for. 
  • Have Valyōu Furniture perform a zero waste assessment for disposal in our commitment to reducing the environmental impact of commerce sustainably.  These conservational methods of disposing item(s) may include material recovery, recycling or donating to a charitable organization.

If you do not respond within 10 days of receiving notice that your return request was not approved or if you do not pay the shipping invoice within 10 days of receipt, we will dispose of the item(s) at our reasonable discretion.

Refund Policy

If Approved of your refund request, we will refund you for the amount you paid, less the shipping costs to and from you for the value of your original purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of placing the order. Quiz Which room are you looking to buy for?
